  • We have graphic artists that specialize in customizing artwork. Show us what you want and we’ll make your logo shine!

  • Each order can be individually packaged and labeled. Each label is custom made based upon your event, name or size. This unique packaging with labeling alleviates the stress of distributing your order. Hand out each order as if you were giving everyone their own gift!

  • You tell us where and what time your order needs to arrive and it will be there! Our shipping software shops the shipping rates, so you pay less in shipping and get more in value for your order. We get it there. Every time, on time!

  • We will gladly replace, exchange, or accept any returns items that you are not completely satisfied with, within 30 days of original purchase date.

    Please note the following limitations:

    • Items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

    • Items that have been altered in any other way, cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

    • Items that have been decorated or personalized.

    Steps to Exchange or Return

    If you’re unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item please contact Image Gear Customer Service Dept. at: 714.993.4327 or Toll Free 877.993.4327

    To Return Items:

    1. Contact Image Gear Customer Service Dept.

    2. Customer service will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and give you further instructions specific to your case.

    3. You will be responsible for shipping and we urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers as we will not be responsible for lost packages. *Please note this does not apply if Image Gear has determined to be at fault for the shipping error.

    4. Our Accounting Dept. will issue a credit once the items are received.

    To Exchange Items:

    1. Follow steps 1-3 above.

    2. Customer Service will issue a Sales Order for the new items to be sent to you.

    3. Our Accounting Dept. will issue a credit once the items are received.

    If you are shipped incorrect items that you did not order please contact Image Gear Customer Service Dept. for assistance.
